Our cleaners work independently, unless you request two or it’s a BIG clean and we want to finalise it in a timely manner.

We invoice the day after the clean with bank details for you to transfer the amount to Magic for Mums. Unfortunately, we do not have eftpos facilities or accept cash.

A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service booked will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement time.

Yes, you will receive a text the day before with your appointment time and who your cleaner will be.
