Frequently asked questions:


1.  Q:  Do I have to be home for the clean?
     A:   No, you don’t. If you feel comfortable going out while the cleaning is happening that is completely fine. You can let the cleaner in and head off, or hide a key and let us know here the secret spot is.

2.  Q:  Are you insured?
     A:   Yes, absolutely. We can send you copies of documents on request.

3.  Q:  Do the cleaners have police checks?
     A:   Yes, they all have police checks and Working with Vulnerable People cards.

4.  Q:  How many cleaners will clean my home?
     A:   Our cleaners work independently, unless you request two or it’s a BIG clean and we want to finalise it in a timely manner.

5.   Q:  What are client’s payment options?
      A:   We invoice the day after the clean with bank details for you to transfer the amount to Magic for Mums. Unfortunately, we do not have eftpos facilities or accept cash.

6.   Q:  What is the Cancellation Policy?
      A:   A cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the service booked will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled commencement time.

7.   Q:  Will I get a reminder about my appointment?
      A:   Yes, you will receive a text the day before with your appointment time and who your cleaner will be.
